At KlyFlux, we believe that your system files, personal documents, and local application caches belong strictly to you. KlyFlux is architected with a privacy-first approach: all file indexing, duplicate hash computations, and disk space analyses take place 100% locally on your device.
2. Information We Collect
We keep data collection to the absolute minimum required to provide secure authentication and software operation:
- Account Information: When you register for a KlyFlux account, we store your email address and an encrypted password hash (using bcrypt salted hashing).
- Authentication Data: Standard JWT tokens are issued for secure session management.
- System Performance Logs: Cleaning history records (recovered MBs, scan counts) are stored locally in your SQLite database on your device.
3. Files & System Inspection Data
KlyFlux never uploads, reads, or transmits your personal files, photos, code repositories, or documents to remote servers. All file paths evaluated during scans are kept in memory and local SQLite caches.
4. Third-Party Services & Analytics
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties. Any payment processing for Pro subscriptions is handled via industry-standard secure gateways with full PCI-DSS compliance.
